Phase 1 Enabling Works to Commence For Finglas Primary Care Centre 

Phase 1 enabling works for the new Finglas Primary Care Centre are set to commence shortly, marking an important milestone in the delivery of a significant community infrastructure project for the Finglas area.The appointed contractor, Clonmel Enterprises Ltd., will mobilise on site this week, with construction works scheduled to begin on Tuesday, 5th May 2026.

This initial phase of works will include the development of a new junior GAA pitch, walking track, separate AstroTurf pitches, a relocated car park, and enhanced green space for the City of Dublin Education and Training Board. These upgrades will provide valuable new sporting and recreational amenities for students.Phase 1 works are expected to be completed in Q1 2027.

Construction of the Finglas Primary Care Centre (Phase 2) will commence thereafter. The Finglas Primary Care Centre will be operated by the HSE and will deliver a full range of Primary Care, Disability, and Mental Health services, alongside local GP practices and Tusla’s Integrated Services.
